Hello! My name is Jean and I am a Professional Personal Chef of 12 years. I trained at the International Culinary School at the Art Institue of Denver and obtained my Culinary Degree back in 2010; However, my time as a Personal Chef began 3 years before that in 2007. My goal is to help people understand food better. What make something healthy, healthy? What makes organic better than non-organic produce? How can I meal prep without feeling like I'm eating the same thing over and over? How can I save while shopping and cut my waste? These are all things that we will tackle with each lesson. I will have an initial consultation with you to discuss any dietary restrictions, discuss your likes and dislikes, things you've never tried ans the kind of equipment you already have in your home. I will customize our sessions based on our initial consultation and we will get cooking from there! I can't wait to see you!

I own my own business working as a personal chef here in Colorado but my goal is to always teach and inspire others to cook and work with food for health and medicinal needs.
