Individualized training to best suit the needs, skill level and goals of each student in all genres of music. I tailor each lesson to meet my student's music aspirations. I'm creative, patient and caring. I'm a Berklee College of Music Graduate in Vocal Performance. I've coached voice students, taught contemporary music theory lessons and conducted performance labs in all genres of music, all ages, privately and in a group setting for the past eight years. I've established my own private vocal studio and taught in-home lessons in Sydney Australia before moving to Los Angeles. Aside from being a teacher, I'm also a session singer and have performed with various general business bands in contemporary Jazz R&B Pop ensembles in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Sydney and Jakarta. Now I'm based in Los Angeles, CA. I'm also currently working on my own original compositions. *** Lesson Details *** I coach, guide and help students with auditions, performance preparations, finding the right musicians to hire and preparing for recording sessions. I normally break the lesson into two segments, the first segment focusing on technique/instrument awareness and the other on song study, performance study and artistic interpretation.
