I've been playing guitar for over 16 years and still learn something new everyday! Guitar is exciting and I carry that into my students practice regiment. I like seeing a student going from confused to perplexed and then on to excitement when they nail a lick! I've learned the importance of listening to my elders and watching how they handle situations musically. I can benefit students by providing real solutions and growth to frustrations or walls they may be hitting musically. I use the students musical interest to springboard their actual musical knowledge and grow progressively beginning with the basics on to more complicated pieces. *** Lesson Details *** A student can expect positive feedback on the good they do but I make sure to assign homework to develop weaker points. Expect to learn new chords and learn scales in accord to your musical interest.
