Apex Gakuin

Provide customized ESL training for business professionals, adults, and children other on conversational skills, grammar, pronunciation, reading and writing in English. Tutor Elementary and Middle School students who are non-native English speakers on academic subjects.

Georgia State University

Taught Extensive Reading to advanced level international students (literary interpretation of novels and improvement of reading skills). Taught oral communication skills to Level 2 students to help them improve their listening skills (in conversation and in lectures), their conversation skills, and their pronunciation skills.

ESL Instruction and Consulting

Taught ESL classes for small groups of adults of varying abilities. Among the classes taught were: Pronunciation in English, Public Speaking, Conversation, and TOEFL preparation. As Curriculum Coordinator, evaluated syllabi and lesson plans and observed teachers to make recommendations on improvement.

Catholoc Charities

Taught immigrant parents (intermediate beginners to intermediate level learners) about US schools. Developed materials to incorporate content with language development to help learners improve their speaking, listening and reading abilities in English.

St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church

Taught introductory Spanish to US children (ages 4 - 7).
