Levels Taught:
While clarinet is my main instrument, I am equally comfortable teaching beginner flute to students of all ages. I have found that many of the same principals and techniques of clarinet apply when teaching flute.

Teaching since:

I hold a masters degree in music from the University of Michigan, and have 10+ years of experience teaching students from beginner through advanced playing levels. Previous students have gone on to win multiple awards, scholarships and acceptance into summer music festivals and youth orchestras across the country.

I am committed to providing each student with the opportunity to develop technical skills and musical expression through the exploration of scales, exercises, etudes, solos and duets. In addition to clarinet, I am proficient and capable of teaching beginner saxophone, flute, and piano.
