Jasmine S.is a clarinetist and educator based in Boston. Jasmine has appearances with the New England Repertory Orchestra (NERO), collaborated with Berklee film score composers and performed extensively in the Boston Conservatory’s Opera and Dance Orchestras and Wind Ensembles. Jasmine also teaches clarinet lessons and works with projectSTEP, teaching Dalcroze Eurythmics to underrepresented minority children. Jasmine’s past teaching experience includes lesson instruction for undergraduate students and Suzuki instruction.
In Michigan, S. has performed with the Wind Symphony and Symphony Orchestra alongside outreach performances at local hospitals and educational institutions. S. also had the privilege of collaborating with John Mackey, David Maslanka, John Corigliano and Carter Pann.
S. continues her music studies at the Boston Conservatory. She is in her first year of her Master’s in the Clarinet Performance degree program.
