About Jasmine D.
I began hooping soon after I gave birth to my son when I watched a video of Rachel Lust. I had to learn how to do that. I taught myself over the years and am still learning today.Hooping has been the most humbling, empowering, and fun journey. I’ve never been so proud of a skill as I am of hooping. It takes dedication and a willingness to be free and mess up a lot.
I hope to one day have my own Hoop Troop for young girls and boys!
