To me learning should be fun, meaningful and as relevant to everyday life as possible. I'm a good tutor because I have good communication skills and work well with people. I'm knowledgeable, articulate, a good listener, enthusiastic, fun, caring, understanding and able to create a safe environment for students to feel comfortable to ask questions and express themselves. I've worked with one client for 1 1/2 years and another client off and on for two years. The latter recently said that she likes working with me. As a teacher I generally got really good evaluations with people saying things such as the class they took from me was the best class they ever had. Teaching and tutoring have been my life's work and I'm good at them.
