Blues Guitar with Jamie B.

Hey! My name is Jamie Bekyarovich. I’ve been playing Guitar since I was 11 years old and have loved every second of it. Although I’m primarily a rock musician, I take pride in being able to play and teach many different musical genres from Rock N’ Roll, Heavy Metal, Jazz, Classical, Blues, Acoustic, Pop, and Funk. I went to a music oriented high school, I’ve played in a multitude of different bands. I also have a diploma in applied music from Mohawk College’s Contemporary Music program where I studied Jazz guitar, music production, and teaching methods. I have 6 years of teaching experience including freelance work, and institutional work, as well as 8 years experience recording and mixing music. In my experience teaching it’s become completely clear that every student is different. They learn differently, have different goals, musical tastes, aspirations, and all face different obstacles and challenges. For this reason i do not teach a standard curriculum. I like to customize each student’s learning experience to best suite their individual needs. I find that by doing this, students retain their interest and love for music, they start setting and accomplishing goals, and as a result become not just a more confident musician, but a more confident individual. Once students start setting goals for themselves and accomplishing things they thought they never could, they begin to realize that you can do anything you put your mind to as long as you work hard, believe in yourself, and never give up. Guitar lessons are all online and accepted from anywhere in the world (English speaking only), Im currently working on setting up multiple camera angles for the best possible experience. For best experience weekly lessons are recommended. [ Make Up Lessons: Every now and then I may need to reschedule one of our lessons around a gig or recording session, but I try my very best to avoid doing so.
