I began studying Japanese when I was in high school. I grew up in Hawaii, where the Japanese culture is mixed in with various other cultures, and I had an immediate interest in Japanese culture and language, as well as the way the English language differs for many people and why a dialect of Hawaiian Pidgin came about. I have a lot of respect for those around me who pursue interests in other languages.
I have a lot of hobbies. I like board games, video games, tennis, weightlifting, and reading, among many other things.
Worked with Austin's Independent School District (AISD) to tutor students individually and in groups in classrooms in mathematics.
