Teaching is one of my passions. I have a Masters and a PhD in Microbiology but my several years of hands on experience working with molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, microbiology, and cell biology, I can say I'm very comfortable teaching any of these topics.
Most of my teaching experience comes from working with college students. I was a biochemistry tutor in college for 3.5 years and I'm also a college instructor.
I love teaching science and make learning a very enjoyable and fun experience.

Dr. Martins is an absolutely fantastic professor. She is kind, fair, personable, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her field and her teaching. She is always eager to help, extremely supportive and wants her students to succeed!

I really enjoyed the microbiology course Dr. Martin teaches at Waukesha County Technical College. The knowledge she has of the subject is impressive as well as her enthusiasm for teaching. She really appreciates how important it is to make learning relevant and fun, especially when it comes to teaching science!
