Drums with Jake S.

My son took an interest in the drums a year or so ago. I'd heard about Jake through a friend at church and approached him about lessons. He was very easy to work with scheduling wise and my son loves his teaching techniques! He is now playing in the youth group at church and we have Jake to thank for it! My wife and I can't thank him enough!!!

My special son looks forward to his lessons each week. He has always had a hard time learning. Jake has patience with our son and he is actually learning. We couldn't be more excited. So blessed for this opportunity!

I used to have severe anger issues. I used to spend hours upon hours beating everything in sight. Coffee tins, bowls, pots and pans, skulls, barrels, hollow tree trunks. Jake introduced me to the precise system of using drums to express my anger musically. Now I play smooth jazz and relax with smooth jazz and chai tea. I was a raging bull until Jake came along, he was more than a teacher, he was my bull whisperer. He is incredibly talented and patient.
