German with Jacqueline M.

I am a linguistics major with an emphasis in German. I love German! I have been studying this beautiful language for 8 years; one of those years having been spent in Amberg, Germany as a foreign exchange student in High School. I participated in tutoring programs in college and have done a bit of translating. I took leave of absence from the Air Force Reserves to serve a church mission in Japan for eight months. I lived in Okinawa and learned a lot about the culture and language. Languages are my passion and I spend the majority of my time studying languages from around the world. I love learning not only languages, but spend my time reading about history and geography. I am fascinated by the world and I find any opportunity I can to travel and use my love and knowledge of languages.
