I am a multi-instrumentalist from Upstate New York. I started playing guitar and saxophone 10 years ago and simply couldn’t stop! Over the years, I picked up ukulele, clarinet, mandolin, flute, among others, studied voice at Ithaca College as part of their BFA MT program, and have become a singer/songwriter and recording artist. As a teacher, I am all about loving and performing the music. Learning instruments can be hard and technique is very important, but if we don’t cultivate a passion for music, why are we playing it at all? The most engaging and successful artists are those who put themselves into their music and fully perform it, not just play it. My goal is to keep his classes stress free and focused on enjoying the passion of performance while pushing towards more challenging and exciting material.
