I am a professional certified English teacher that specializes in Business and conversational English. I am a native speaker and have over 15 years of teaching experience. I have earned my Masters Degree in Human Resources and my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Business. My professional career has been within Human Resources, so I love to help students with their career goals, resume, interviewing/job search skills and identifying and being able to communicate who they are and what their strengths are. Currently, I work as a Consultant and Trainer with the University of Washington where I also teach English online to International students and in person. I have taught globally including Japan, New Zealand, Mexico and most recently in Europe. I have a variety of structured lesson plans where there is focus is on the foundation of the English Language like, or enjoy general conversation in order to help students be able to speak,understand and be comfortable with English in any situation. I enjoy teaching so much because it also gives me a chance to learn more about life and the world through foreign cultures. My classes and lessons are tailored to fit the needs of each student based on the each person's language goals and desires, and their current proficiency. I have worked with all level of students including beginners to very advanced, as well as different ages. I have videos, worksheets and homework assignments to ensure the highest level of understanding and learning for each student.
