Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. Just a side note, I DO have a background check just not through the company TakeLessons wants me to use. I have taught elementary and middle school aged children through this website (as well as adults.) I have experience tutoring high school students in Spanish and French as an undergrad in college. I also taught English abroad while I studied in Geneva, Switzerland. I have taught English as a Second Language as a volunteer in the city. This past year I have taught French, Spanish, and English as a Second Language through TakeLessons. I am TEFL certified and have a B.A. in Political Science - concentration in International Politics, minors in French and Theatre.
