I got started playing guitar because it was unbelievably fun and that's how I think music should always feel. I am a Berklee College of Music graduate trained in electric guitar. While at Berklee I studied with Jeff Lockhart who mentored the funk band Lettuce, and I also was invited to play several gigs where the rest of the band were faculty. 

I have a broad knowledge of music theory, guitar technique, and the nature of music. Whether a student wants to learn songwriting, scales, chords, or anything else, my Berklee education has prepared me to teach confidently.

Hi everyone! When I was a kid I fell in love with the guitar. I taught myself through high school and then was fortunate to be accepted to Berklee College of Music. With all of that knowledge I gained there, now I'd like to do my part for the world and pass it on, in the hopes of cultivating the same love of instrument that I experienced. 

I'm a fun and easy-going dude, and I'll be happy to teach at whatever level the student wishes. I don't assign unwanted homework, I don't scold, or get frustrated. We are here first and foremostly to have fun!
