Thank you for visiting my profile. Looking for invigorating Russian or ESL classes, I will be happy to assist you in attaining your goals and aspirations.
I am a native Russian and Ukrainian speaker. In addition to my native-like proficiency in English, I am also fluent in German and French. I am currently learning Spanish and Chinese. Being multilingual and a constant learner helps me perfectly understand the challenges people have when learning a language, which immensely enhances my teaching ability.
I have a Master’s degree in Education (with distinction), concentration TESOL and World Literature, and CELTA certificate from Cambridge University. Plus, I got a PhD degree in General Linguistics. Besides working as a language trainer and an interpreter, I frequently attend international conferences in linguistics / applied linguistics, and share with the attendees my research findings and teaching practices.
Applied Linguistics is an interdisciplinary field of inquiry that addresses a broad range of language-related issues in order to understand their roles in the lives of individuals and conditions in society. It draws on a wide range of theoretical and methodological approaches from various disciplines–from the humanities to the social and natural sciences–as it develops its own knowledge-base about language, its users and uses, and their underlying social and material conditions.+ Read More
