Classical Guitar with Timur D.

I began playing guitar in my early teens at one of children's music schools in Russia. Later I continued my education at Tel Aviv Music Acsdemy in Israel where my family moved in 1995. I moved to California in 2003 and have been actively teaching and performing since then. I teach classical (aka Spanish or nylon string ) and and acoustic (aka steel string) guitar. I specialize in finger picking, but also teach chords, pick. I teach how to read music and tabs, learn your favorite songs, but you will start learning from one of my preferred guitar method books . I am a very knowledgeable, experienced and patient teacher, most of my students stay with me for years. I teach all ages -kids, working professionals, retirees.
