As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I help people of different ages and ethnicity to live healthier and more productive lives for their own wellness. When we take care care of our health and wellness in all aspects (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually), the quality of life increases. Therefore, one is more at ease, lives with a sense of purpose and overall contentment and serenity. In return, you mirror this to those around you, whom you can also assist and guide into leading a more productive and happier life. In terms of teaching English, personally knowing another language other than English, I understand the challenges in learning a new language in terms of reading, writing, speaking and listening. Being TESOL/TEFL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages/Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified, my method of teaching is student-centered: there is much interaction between myself and the student vs student just listening to what I am teaching. My classes are simple, fun and full of patience. Homework is given as it is important to practice what has been taught during the class, to assist the brain in recollection and learning the new words, grammar, tenses, etc. Feel free to send me any questions you may have regarding my teaching style and methods.
