I am a native speaker with a love for languages and students. After twenty-five years of teaching, I am as passionate about the German language as I was when I first started. Over the years, I have collected a number of ideas and resources and developed teaching strategies that have worked extremely well in my classrooms, whether formal or informal. When I can't find good materials, I create my own. I consider myself a life-long learner and I love sharing my enthusiasm for the German language with students of all ages. Language is "living" and as such needs to be taught in an immersive and conversational way; language is also a discipline and as such needs to be delved into on a deeper level. I enjoy finding just the right mix of "fun" and "taking it to the next level" with my students. But don't take my own word for it.
