I have been teaching music for over 6 years. I teach all genres from beginner to intermediate, and advanced for classical piano only. All ages are welcome! I was trained in classical piano at the Manhattan School of Music, and graduated from New York University with a major in music composition & theory and a minor in jazz piano. I have a specific teaching curriculum designed for each of my students of various levels and genres. I always tell my students that for any style, if you want to play it well, it requires a solid technical foundation-- a muscle memory on its own that can be very hard to change if learned wrong. Once you picked this up, and a couple tricks in sight reading, you’d be on you way soon to playing any song you like!
