Igor grew up in a home filled with music. His parents were music/drama teachers who planted the seed of Igor' s interest in music and art in general. Radio was on 24 hours a day - from pop and folk to jazz and classical music. Igor started playing clarinet at age of 8 and classical guitar at age of 13. In past 30 years, he experimented with different styles of music and guitar playing. Consequently, Igor is sharing his musical experience through giving private guitar lessons. *** Lesson Details *** Igor's lessons greatly depend on students needs, areas of interest and level of playing. Beginning to play is the most difficult and most sensitive period. Igor's focus with beginners is to find joy in playing an instrument. There is always time for theory. Playing an instrument should be a natural collaboration between an instrument and a player.
