Hi again, (by the way, i'm writing this assuming addressing the person that i will work with, if you're a parent or somebody else reading this, please imagine you were the one that needs this service). So in the previous section i think i described myself pretty thoroughly. I will use this section to let you know what you can expect from me, so you have a better idea of who i am and what i can do for you. I will focus on YOUR needs What does that mean? I remember when i was learning English and they were teaching me a lot of irrelevant stuff. I learned things like: " Sally likes apples and Bob likes cakes" It's all nice, but what i really wanted to know was what to say to a teacher when i want to go to the washroom. But nobody ever asked me what i want to learn, they just told me what i should learn. And that's fine, there is a place for practicing things like "Sally likes apples", but if you have an area where you want to improve in. Tell me and we'll practice. We can roleplay! I will ask you questions and you will try to answer as best you can and i will correct you. I will talk with you in English like i would talk to a friend (like my friend did to me when i was learning English) and you will pick it up much faster! I will go as slow or as fast as you can handle. You can tell me about your day. Or ask questions. We will try a few things and find what works for you! I am a fan of compound learning. What does that mean? Here is an example! We can learn what the words: apple. Juice. I. Want. are individually. ORRRR we can learn a sentence of: I want apple juice. Instead of trying to make your brain remember 4 objects separately, you will only have to remember 1 object that contains all of those smaller objects. That speeds up learning a lot. Of course, it depends on your level. And we will start with the very basic stuff. But as soon as you get the basics, we will move on to this. And before you know it, you will start speaking in complete sentences. And once you speak, you will read, write and be on your way to think in English. I will be patient with you! I will go at the speed that you can handle. There will be homework too!
