    Student of Prof. Ayako Oshima Neidich and Charles Neidich, Hyun Min has been a member of the KCQ orchestra since 2012. Hyun has had an honor to play in masterclass for such artists as Charles Neidich, Frank Morelli, Marc Goldberg, Alan Kay, Mark Dover, Michael Kannen and Linda Chelsea. Hyun has collaborated with artists as Ransom Willson, Daniellla Farina and the Decoda, Affiliated ensemble of the ‘Ensemble ACJW.’ Also as part of the New York Youth Symphony chamber music program, Hyun has played with the Traumerei Clarinet Quartet and the Nonet in both 2014 and 2015. He has earned Bachelor Degree in Music Performance from Purchase College, State University of the New York the Master’s Degree in Music Performance at Queens College, City University of the New York. During high school Hyun has been selected to NYSSMA’s All State ensembles twice.

    About Hyun Min L.

    Hyun Min has been teaching music to all ages and all types of students for over a decade. Many of his students successfully achieve their goals such as NYSSMA all-state ensembles, LaGuardia High School and most importantly learning, enjoying music. Hyun Min, himself has participated in NYSSMA all-state ensembles both in 2012 and 2013 and his career furthered from there. He then moved on to study at Purchase College where he received his Bachelor's degree and then Queens College, Aaron Copland School of Music to receive his Master's degree. He also has participated in the New York Youth Symphony's Chamber music program in 2014 and 2015. He truly believes that music can truly change someone's life and is very passionate to do so.
