Ballet with Honey A.

I am a ballet teacher/ coach with more than 30 years of dancing and coaching experience. I was born and raised in Britain where I started dancing at the Royal Academy of Dance, and then moved on to train at Carol Wheatley School of Dance. From there, I went to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional ballet dancer and landed soloist roles in different companies such as Sinay Ballet, State Street Ballet, National Ballet. I strive to motivate all my students to do their best, whether they are beginners or advanced, I want them to put their 100% effort in. By taking my class they will learn to condition their bodies for the hard work the ballet entails, as well as boost their confidence on stage. If my students have a limitation, such as a past injury or a confidence problem in regards to a certain move, I can taper the lesson accordingly to try to eliminate the risk of injury and/or to take a movement step by step until confidence is built.
