Common Core Math with Holmes G.

Hello Students! My name is Holmes. I’m 21 years old. I am a junior at Lee University in Cleveland, TN. I know you’re probably thinking right now: Will this 21 year-old, college student help me succeed in Spanish and Math??? The answer is Yes! I am originally from Cuba and came to America in 2017, so it’s been 4 years since I came. I taught English myself, and in the process of learning a new language I developed some techniques that will help you greatly when learning another language. You will also learn current Spanish with phrases, sayings, and words that are new and the young people use all the time. An older teacher would not be able to teach you this because they don’t know the meaning of many current words or sayings. I started tutoring 2 years ago and I have seen an amazing change and progression in my students. About Math, I’m a Biology major with a 4.0 GPA and a 4.2 GPA in mathematics. I tutor elementary and middle school math every week, so I’m pretty familiar with the content. It will be my pleasure to get to know you, share time with you, help you to succeed in any subject or topic you’re interested in. I’ll be patient but will challenge you every lesson, that’s the key to succeed. Thank you very much!
