I'm a native chicagoan with a passion for playing jazz, rock, classical, and musical theater music. I have been a professional teacher since the age of 17 and I began professionally playing music at the age of 15. Now I focus mainly on classical guitar music, musical theater pit band work, and playing back up guitar for local singer songwriters, most recently playing with Frankie on WGN for Chill Fest.
My goal as a teacher is to make my students better musicians in a safe space where learning is akin to musical growth.

Henry taught my son how to play all his favorite songs on guitar and was always prompt, polite and interested in our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better teacher!
