Heather is a supportive and enthusiastic teacher across a wide range of musical genres. She has been an amazing instructor and guide in my goal to learn Irish fiddle after a long break from playing my violin.
I went to Heather to learn about composing Irish music and her knowledge on the topic was absolutely amazing. She explained to me in a very simple and concise way about how the traditional tunes are structured and really helped me take my composition to a whole new level. I absolutely plan to continue learning from her in the future.
I loved my cello lessons with Heather. I got to play in a few online recitals during the pandemic and had fun learning how to shift into higher positions
