Hi! I'm Heather and I am so excited to meet you. I have been teaching yoga for over three years, specializing in prenatal, kid's, and gentle varieties. I am also a certified postpartum doula and childbirth educator. I love helping families (and individuals) thrive by encouraging them to take care of themselves. My classes are fun, engaging, and focused on creating a little more happiness in your day. When I am not teaching or supporting new families, you can find me writing, crafting, watching Harry Potter, and playing with my crew!
