Classical Piano

As an attorney who graduated from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Heather has an analytical style of piano teaching that focuses first and foremost on training students in attaining a solid understanding of music theory including scales, chords, arpeggios, and exercises. From there, students move on to performing classical repertoire by reading sheet music and eventually by memory with stylistic interpretation, beautiful phrasing, melodic contour, and with a high-level of confidence.
Heather has spots available for lessons on Sunday afternoons and evenings for 30, 45, and 60 minutes in length. Heather looks forward to working with you to accomplish your musical goals and hopes to hear from you.

Heather's studio is all about getting the student to maximize their full potential and achieve their musical goals. Heather graduated from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, a Bachelor of Arts in Government & World Affairs, and a minor in Criminology. Heather is a classically-trained pianist, and she has taught piano to young children through adults. In addition, she has performed clarinet in the university's band, pep band, and orchestra, and received instruction on the violin and the organ.
