I am a classical pianist, vocalist, and worship leader. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree with an emphasis in classical piano and a secondary emphasis in Psychology. Piano students can expect to find and discover a passion of piano through exploring ways they can connect with music and develop their skills. I am passionate about finding what each student wants to learn more about and using that as a tool to teach them more about music and finding their own sound. My goal is to develop freedom and independence within each student's passion for music alongside a deep education on the subject. I teach piano students of all different ages and experience levels. I have been a classical pianist for 14 years and a contemporary keyboard player for 7. I can teach students to read music, excel in theory and musicology, and learn to read chord sheets and lead sheets depending on the passions of the student. My personal passion is both classical piano and worship music, but I believe a deep classical background and ability to read chord sheets and lead sheets can assist in learning any type of music. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to become a better musician!
