Weight Loss with Hayden S.

I've been a Psychological Operations Specialist with the Army Reserves since April of 2013. After initial training, I spiraled and gained 75 lbs. and stayed that way for 2 years. Over the last year, I have lost 80 lbs., and begun work as a personal trainer. It is now my mission to help others on their journey of self-improvement! I'm all about progress, even when progress is difficult. I am currently working on my CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The Army has taught me MANY things about exercise and my work with 9Round Kickboxing Fitness has given me additional knowledge and experience to apply to my personal training regimen. Put that on top of having lost 80lbs. myself, and it adds up to a highly motivated trainer that can easily empathize with the struggles of fitness.
