About Hannah C.
I'm a violin teacher comfortable working with beginners to advanced students. My students have gotten into summer festivals, prepared for local competitions, and worked on a variety of repertoire. My teaching is based around a good technical foundation and incorporates scale practice, right hand and left hand exercises, and etudes along with repertoire that suits the student. I am comfortable teaching Suzuki Books I-IV but am not a certified Suzuki instructor and always supplement the repertoire and technique practice; one of my other main teaching tools is Music by Black Composers Violin Volume 1.
