Experienced music theory teacher of ten years available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation of music theory skills. I specialize in composition and aural skills, typically use the alfred music theory books, and also have the following tools available to use during the lesson: sibelius couter software, worksheets created by sibelius and various musoc theory websites.

I have recently obtained my Master's Degree in Opera Performance from the University of Maryland.  I also have my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education as well as being a certified K-12 music educator.  My areas of teaching specialize in music theory, voice and beginning piano.
