I am friendly and patient as a teacher. I want my students to have fun while learning. I have experience with performing all over the world, writing, producing and recording music. *** Lesson Details *** Students can expect to have fun while learning from me. My goal for you is that you not only learn to play but also learn how music "works" so you can "sit in" with other players and bands. You can learn to jump in and play songs that you've never learned as long as you know a little music theory and what key you're in. You will learn to improvise. *** Studio Equipment *** ProTools 32 track digital gear for recording and editing. Mac computers with high speed internet. Keyboards for visual explanations pertaining to music theory. Acoustic, electric, bass and twelve string guitars and many other instruments. *** Travel Equipment *** Students need access to an instrument to practice on, a book to put lessons in and a way to tune their instrument. I will bring a guitar and a laptop with internet access if needed. *** Specialties *** Song writing, producing, recording, performing.
