Acoustic Guitar with Gregg S.

2006 Berklee College of Music graduate Gregg teaches music lessons on , guitar, drums, piano, bass guitar and ukulele. Lessons are custom tailored to fit the students needs at a pace they can handle. I feel that lessons should be an enjoyable learning experience. Not everyone learns the same way, some have a great ear, some find reading music very easy and others are more visual learners. I try to figure out the students strengths and move forward from there. My musical influences include everything from Rock, Pop, Classical, Rap, Metal and EDM. In elementary school I did choir and played the flute. I also played snare drum in the high school band Once I graduated I started playing the guitar, bass guitar, piano & drums. I took lessons in all of these instruments and benefited greatly from my teachers. I went on to further my musical education at J. Sargent Reynolds Community College and later at Berklee College of Music. From 2010-2016 I played drums in a local band named Shade Parade that played many venues in the DC and Richmond areas. I am currently working on solo projects and learning more about digital audio workstations and recording.
