You can tell me about your week, your work, your family…ANYTHING! Meanwhile, I am assessing your English (grammar, vocabulary AND pronunciation), noting your mistakes, and planning for your improvement. Based on that day’s check-up, we fix that day’s problems. That way lessons are always relevant. GRAMMAR MADE SIMPLE We fix only what is broken. You don’t have to study the whole English grammar. I spot your mistakes and explain in very simple terms why it’s a mistake. Then we fix it. CONSTANT VOCABULARY BUILDING I am skilled at assessing a student’s vocabulary level and adjusting mine just ‘one step higher’. That way, new words come at an easy rate to learn. ACCENT REDUCTION SPECIALIST Unlike most ESL teachers, I hold a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics (UT Arlington, 1995).
