I've been a student of music for 18 years and love playing for others and teaching my students how to enjoy music. Most of my teaching experience has come from private lessons with individual students in their homes or mine but I have also really enjoyed being the string teacher for a public middle school and private preparatory school. Some of my students have been as young as 4 and as far advanced as their early 80s! Most of my teaching material comes from a classical standpoint but I make a point of incorporating music from different genres to maintain interest and motivation for each student. When I can spare time from teaching I enjoy playing for events and have had the wonderful experience of travelling overseas to bring music to others.

Grace is such a wonderful piano teacher. We were so blessed to have our children under her teaching for 4 years. She is so patient and the kids just loved her. We have had piano since, and they just don’t get the kids as excited about learning as she does. She demonstrated, corrected, set goals, rewarded, and kept the children excited about progressing. She had special recitals that the kids loved preparing for, and would sometimes reward them with special little outings for good work. My son made tremendous progress under Ms Grace, and we still miss her dearly. She was like a member of the family to us!

Grace is a fantastic teacher and a wonderful person! My daughter just loved taking lessons with her. She is good at motivating the kids and I saw (heard) huge improvements in my daughters' playing. Since we moved, we've yet to find a teacher that compares.

Grace has a real heart for her students and is great at adding things to her lessons that make it fun for the student to learn.
