Spanish with Grace F.

Grace F. Loyola University New Orleans I graduated with B.A. and M.A. degrees in Philosophy and Literature from University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. After moving to U.S. over 20 years ago, I completed my M.B.A. with emphasis in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans College of Business. I love teaching kids and have been tutoring Spanish, ESL, Homework Help and Study Skills for the last 10 years. I have also home schooled students in Elementary and Middle School. I was an elementary and middle school Spanish teacher for the Louisiana public school systems and I currently teach several subjects at Halstrom Academy. I have taught Spanish to English speakers and English to Spanish speakers, which gives me a thorough understanding of both languages. My approach consists of adapting my tutoring technique to the child’s learning styles and needs. I have a “you CAN do it!” attitude and effectively communicate this to my students.
