Private Voice Teacher (Students from the age of 10-17).
As the tenor ringer, I sing as part of the choir and work with other college-leveled singers in helping aid young singers (middle-school aged) in achieving a beautiful and healthy choir sound.
As an assistant teacher for the Musical Theatre program at the Great Neck Summer School, I assisted Dr. Pamela Levy (Manhattan School of Music Pre-College, Great Neck North High School, Great Neck Summer School) in setting up a full production of Aladdin. Along with a team of three other assistants, we were able to put on a musical with lighting, costumes, and a set, which up until that summer had not been done before.+ Read More

Such a great voice teacher! He knows what he wants and doesn't stop until he gets it from me! He has high expectations but is really encouraging. My lesson is an hour long, but he always makes himself available! I have an audition next week for a musical in my summer program and I feel confident and prepared because of Gio's attention to detail during my lessons. Thanks for everything Mr. X! I'll make sure I remember to "Hear it. Breathe it. Say it!"+ Read More
Gio went above and beyond in teaching my son Romie. My son studied with him privately to prepare for NYSSMA and got a perfect score. His first few lessons were via Skype and then we decided to switch to in person lessons. Both were great. We are so glad to have found a patient and diligent teacher in Gio. Our daughter Maia will be starting lessons with him soon and we look forward to watching her growth with Gio.+ Read More
Gio’s technique has been so easy to understand. He’s very patient and works very well with beginners. He really talks a lot about breath support, which helped m do well on NYSSMA!
