Sometimes it takes a slap in the face to realize that the "life as you know it" is no longer working for you. This is the point when I was introduced to meditation and it changed my life forever. I have been a student of meditation for 4 years. In my experience, I found that working one on one with an instructor provides intense benefits that meditation alone may not offer. The accountability, fresh perspective, emotional support, and challenge were essential to my meditation practice. 4 years later and I still see my wonderful meditation guide! As a holistic health and life coach, I want to shed some light onto others by helping to clear the mental chatter and to find more meaning in their lives. Also, teaching people to live judgement, guilt, and worry free enables them to feel more energized and clear.
