Living at UW University Residence I have been fortunate to have students of all ages from all around the world. My teaching approach came form the classics: Aguado, Sor, Tarrega, etc. which I learned from Marta Cuervo, a recognized Cuban classical guitar professor, a disciple of the pioneer of the Cuban Guitar School Isaac Nicola. Over the years I have taught hundreds of students at different levels and prepare them not just in the technique of the instrument and music theory but also for live performance in ensembles and as solo artists.
