Hi, Welcome My name is Chef Francisco I have been in the culinary and hospitality industry for almost 5 years I have gained experience from Cooking Mexican cuisine to American. I would love to share all this knowledge with every single one of you. Currently a Chef instructor in Chicago. In addition, I love cooking and I am very enthusiastic about it. I still get excited over a beautiful cut of Stake or the Aroma of fresh cut basil. My teaching stems come from my natural joy of cooking and using fresh ingredients. I'm patient, fun and I truly enjoy teaching my students to cook. I cook almost every day. As a Latino, I am used to homemade food and I am sure there is a lot I can teach my students. Teaching is more of a hobby and a pleasure for me than a side job. My students mostly have to remind me that the time is over and I have to let them go. In my classes, you can learn how to make simple Mexican family styles dinners for those evenings that you do not have a lot of time to cook or you can learn how to make a more elegant and sophisticated meal for a special occasion also how to make Cookies from scratch and other delicious goodies.
