I am a fully qualified Music teacher in the United Kingdom and the United States. I have an undergraduate degree from Royal Holloway, University of London in Music and Psychology, with focuses on vocal performance and developmental psychology. I attended the prestigious Institute of Education for Post Graduate Certification in Education. Since then I have worked in schools in London and Chicago, and am fully capable of teaching all ages and levels of experience. My primary instruments are voice and piano, but I am also very competent at the flute, guitar, ukulele, and recorder. I have a full enough understanding of most other instruments to teach them at a beginning level. I've taught private piano and singing lessons for about 5 years, but I've been a qualified music teacher in schools for 2 years, with another year of experience in my intensive student teaching course. I student taught in London and subsequently worked there. This year I relocated back to Chicago and have continued to teach in schools.
