Beginning to Advanced Guitar lessonsTheory notatation songwritting Classically Trained Punk Method

I have been a musician and artist my entire life singing and songwriting. I am classically trained on the Spanish guitar as well as traditionally trained for proficiency in the techniques and stylings of the blues, folk, rock, country, jazz, ragtime, soul, gosspel, r&b, pop, and big band/orchestra. I am also untraditionally trained playing professionally as a street busker and in the punk bands Toxic Shock Syndrome, The Oppression, New York Riot, and with several old dude cover bands back in Tacoma. I am a recording artist and youtuber, unofficially developing skilled proficiency in punkrock, metal, american pop music, bluegrass and other Traditional regional styles, drop-d, ska, reagge, funk, industrial, psychadelic, jam bands, surf, rockabilly, grunge, 80s war music, 90s alternative, millennial pop, emo, house, techno, buttrock, glam, disco, classic rock, iconic riffs, hippie festivals, jam bands, the history of rocknroll, disney songs, avante garde, circus music, gypsy, irish, celtic, ethnic, modes, exotic scales, and always seeking new sounds and study. My novice method is designed for quick results and deviates some from the common methods, for advanced students we will tailor those lessons individually.

    About Forrest R.

My name is Forrest Robinson. I am a writer, artist, musician, songwriter, craftsmen, journey finisher, driver, farmer, traveller, street musician, poet, youtuber, antiques dealer, vendor, freedom fighter, activist and single father of a 3 month baby girl who's name is Thankful. I am a traveling man and spent many years following the road selling second hand goods at flea markets and playing guitar, sometimes teaching guitar. I really didn't know I could be good at guitar until much later in life and never took it seriously until just 6 or 7 years ago after losing my father to cancer and deciding to hit the road. It was only a hobby before that although I'd played in bands, sold transcriptions, recorded, wrote chorales. and taught lessons in my spare time. I am also a dog father, to 14 year old pomeranian Chomper who has been with me thru my travels since his birth. As a bachelor I had freedom to travel and was content on the road but as a father now I've learned quickly I have to settle down and a part of me is grateful that my child is forcing me to do those things. I am currently living in an RV and enrolling as a seasoned junior at Western Washington University while recording my music and operating a residential painting company, until I can get a suitable home for my daughter to visit during my half of the whole co-parenting thing. Her mother lives above her grandmother, I guess great gramma now and her Mom is a block away, so she's surrounded by family even though I can't be there as much as I'd like having to work and build to support her. I grew up a man of two cities born here in Bellingham then moving to Tacoma at 7 years old but still always visiting Bellingham regularly until moving back when I was 18 for a year then traveling in my youth until housing up with a wife for 8 years. After my father got sick I left that relationship realizing I wanted children and that hadn't happened for us, it was heartbreaking. Watching my Dad pass was more heartbreaking still and after he died I realized I was 33 years old and having to start all over again. I began half time living in Bellingham again at that point and I hope to build my home here so Thankful can also have two cities like I did and learn to swim in lake whatcom where my Grandfolks live. Anyway I feel like I'm rambling. Come get guitar lessons. You'll unlock _ur potential. I promise. Love and peace and freedom everyone, keep strumming.
