Falecia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Prairie View A&M University with 5 plus years of teaching experience in many styles of dance such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Bollywood just to name a few. She just recently traveled overseas to join a power house dance team for a residency in Chongqing China, Where she was a part of dynamic performances in front of audiences from all over the world. Falecia is very passionate about pouring out her gift to inspire and help others achieve their goals and dreams through the art of movement and performing. Allow her to help bring out that passion for expression inside you!! *** Lesson Details *** Each lesson is based on the students skill level and goals in which the student is trying to achieve, rather it be training, preparation for an up coming audition or event. Below is a structured outline of what to expect in class. Warm up- Stretch/ exercise during this warm up there will be a specific muscle focus that we will concentrate on and will be different each lesson. This is the time to get your energy and stamina up to prepare for the lesson of the day. Home work- If the lesson is preparation for an audition during this time we will discuss and strategize the basic skills needed to accomplish during the audition and or put together a skilled piece if needed as well. Also during this time we will recap what we went over during our last meeting to ensure that the choreography is being obtained as well as goals are being met with the progression of skill. Combination- During this time we will work on a new combination in extension to a piece already in progress and thoroughly focus on execution of each move.
