My name is Ezra Lewis and I am passionate about food and hospitality! I have a wide knowledge base in food and culture. I also have extensive experience across different fields of the industry from working with private yachts, golf courses, hotels, high-end resturants etc. I am excited to share the core skilles I have learned over the last 13 years or so as a professional chef.

I have been cooking professionally for over a decade. Though most of my experience comes from restaurants I have quite a wide varieties of skill sets from baking ( having worked as a bread baker for 2.5 years ), butchery, deserts, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, Caribbean cuisine and lots more. I have also periodically worked as a personal chef and private caterer for some of the best in the indusrty ( Drake, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, Swedish House Mafia to name a few) during my career. We had an amazing time with Ezra. He was kind and patient with our eleven year old and the food they made was amazing. We are already discussing when we can invite him back for cooking classes with friends.

A delightful person with amazing baking skills. His croissants are perfectly buttery and flaky at ththe same time. Plus he does a variety of breads very well, including a sourdough with a homemade starter.

Ezras passion for food paired with is (extremely experienced) knowledge of the culinary arts made for such a cool and innovative experience.

Not only did a learn a few new tricks in the kitchen considering we are all cooking more for ourselves, but I also felt like I could give an amazing dinner party when we can finally get together again.

All around awesome experience and absolutely taking another lesson from Ezra in the next couple weeks.

Ezra is an amazing teacher! Being able to take classes from a master chef has been a real treat both for myself and my family. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and is able to explain techniques in a very concise way. His thoughtful and engaging instruction starts with basic cooking skills and advances to more difficult techniques. I finally feel comfortable making more complicated meals. He is also very patient and takes time to make sure that you really understand the nuances of preparing each dish. Would HIGHLY recommend his classes to anyone that is looking to acquire basic skills, on up to very difficult dishes. He is a true talent!!!
