Students who have studied clarinet with me have ranged from beginner middle school students, to advanced students acquiring a Bachelor of Music degree. I always discuss specific goals the student wants to accomplish when learning the clarinet, and then create a plan on how to accomplish that goal. Past students have earned accomplishments ranging from acceptance to their High School Jazz Ensemble, to earning a top chair in the All-State Concert Band in Virginia. 

Currently, I am an active performer in the greater Boston community performing in orchestras, concert bands, and a Dixieland Ensemble called the Greenlight Jazz Orchestra! I regulalry perform classical, jazz, contemporary, and popular music, and have experience teaching those styles.

I love teaching and have previously taught clarinet players of all levels who have interests in classical, jazz, and more! 

I have a Masters Degree in Clarinet Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and a Music Education Degree from James Madison University.
