I am a professional musician, I sing, play piano, and teach both voice and piano lessons. This unique combination of abilities and areas of expertise offers me the chance to help my students to grow, transform, and awaken their gifts on every level. As a teacher, my number one goal for each of my students is to foster confidence in one's self and one's abilities, and to grow one's skills in and passion for music. As I appreciate and expect that each student's goals and interests in music will be different, I approach each student and their lessons accordingly. Whether my students are young or old; whether they view their lessons as a just-for-fun hobby; or whether they wish to pursue a serious music career - I am happy to facilitate all of this and more, as we work together to reach their goals. Thanks to my rigid classical background in music, I have the technical knowledge and skills to ensure that students create music in a way that is based in proper technique and strong musicianship. I also treat music lessons as a means of helping students to express themselves, explore their creativity, to heal, and to move towards being the best version of themselves. I take a truly holistic approach in my music lessons, and hope that it will be a therapeutic, empowering and transformative experience for each of my students. I offer each student a fun, warm, loving environment, in which to find their own unique style and sound, and to celebrate themselves and their gifts. In addition to my work as a musician and teacher, I am also a trained and certified Reiki Master and highly gifted intuitive. Through my work as a Reiki Master, I not only offer my clients the benefit of energy healing, but also act as a channel for clients to receive healing messages from their angels, spirit guides, and loved ones who have crossed into spirit. My intuitive gifts and love of healing impact and inform all of the work that I do, and as a music teacher, allows me to offer a truly unique, holistic, and healing experience to each of my students.
